Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NurMohammad.pro and the services provided by Nur Mohammad ("Provider", "we", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Description

Nur Mohammad provides web development services including but not limited to: web application development, WordPress design and customization, WordPress security, and web automation services. Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in individual project agreements or proposals.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
  • Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, and content in a timely manner
  • Secure necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for any content you provide
  • Make payments according to the agreed terms and schedule
  • Test deliverables and provide feedback within reasonable timeframes

Payment Terms

Project fees will be outlined in individual project agreements. Typical payment structures may include upfront deposits, milestone payments, or payment upon completion. Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your invoice. Late payments may incur delays in service delivery.

Intellectual Property Rights

Client Materials: You retain all rights to content, images, and materials you provide for your project.

Deliverables: Upon full payment, you receive rights to the final deliverables as outlined in your project agreement. Source code, custom development, and unique works created for your project become your property unless otherwise agreed.

Provider Rights: We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during our work. We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality through a separate NDA.

Project Timelines and Delays

Project timelines are estimates based on the scope defined at the start of the project. Delays may occur due to client feedback cycles, content delivery, scope changes, or technical factors beyond our control. We will communicate any significant timeline changes as soon as they are identified.

Revisions and Changes

Reasonable revision rounds are included in project scopes as defined in individual agreements. Significant changes to project scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments. We will communicate any additional costs before proceeding with out-of-scope work.

Warranty and Support

We stand behind our work and will address bugs or issues that arise from our development work. Support periods vary by project type and are outlined in individual agreements. Issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nur Mohammad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate the project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. We will provide deliverables completed and paid for at the time of termination.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and project details. Client information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to complete the project or as required by law. For sensitive projects, a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be executed.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last modified" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
